Dear Amanda, Marty and family, my sincere condolences with the loss of Dave Jr. I knew him over many years as the gifted son of Dave Sr, through my polo activities and horse play with Chase lessons, drill team and hunt club. Although a talented horseman, I knew his passion was music and his father supported this career decision.

Amanda,
So sorry to hear that Dave passed. I met David in junior high, on the polo fields when I was a “hot walker,” walking the polo ponies after they played. You were just a cute little girl. I was also his girlfriend, going to many dances and senior prom as his date. He taught me to play the guitar and we spent much time together after a polo game. Unfortunately, there were no cell phones or computers, and when I went to college in CA, we lost touch. I always wondered how he was doing, but I was always on the move around the country and had no way of finding him. Glad to hear that he continue…
Dearest Amanda, Marty and family.
Your brother was such a talented man. 🥁
My very first encounter with him was when he decided to marry at a very young age and your Mom came to the flower shop to have me make a bridal bouquet and some wedding flowers. She wanted him to be happy. Then there were more down the road. All lovely and again making him happy hopefully!!
My favorite was seeing him seated in the front row on TV when he would be attending the music awards, that was exciting that "hometown boy" was so accomplished in the music world.❤️
We are so sorry for his passing way to soon. Sincerest sympathy to you and your family.…
Amanda, Marty and family, Sending love and our deepest sympathy. Your family holds a special place in our hearts.
