She was born in Syracuse on October 9, 1946, and was raised on the north side of Syracuse and graduated from North High School in 1964. Following high school graduation, she attended The Community General Hospital of Greater Syracuse School of Nursing and began her career as a registered nurse at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, specializing in pediatrics.

 2/2/45 – 1/8/26 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of William (Bill) J. Stinson III, who departed this life on January 8, 2026 at the age of 80. He was born on February 2, 1945 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where his father, William Jr., was working as an engineer for the Manhattan Project during WWII. His birth in the middle of our emerging nuclear program may have been prophetic. He had an energy level not many posse
