David S. Cutten, 73, of Skaneateles, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, surrounded by his family.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and friend whose kindness and warm personality left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends and was happiest when everyone was together. He had a lifelong love of golf, hunting, and fishing, especially the many trips he shared with his family in Nova Scotia. His love and the memories he created will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
David is survived by his wife, Deborah; his children, Alexis (Young-Nam), Barton (Laura), and Dirk (Stefany); and his beloved grandchildren, Clairice, Anderson, Hailey, and Ada. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Augusta Cutten.
A celebration of David's life will be held on July 31, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Mandana Barn, 1274 NY-359, Skaneateles, NY 13152.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SAVES (Skaneateles Volunteer Ambulance Emergency Service) or the New Hope Volunteer Fire Department.
