Kathleen Moore Bianchi, 67, of Fairmount, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026. She was the daughter of Mary and the late John “Jake” Moore. Kathleen graduated from Skaneateles High School and Cazenovia College where she earned salutatorian honors.
She worked as director of admissions at Cazenovia College, Director of Operations at Syracuse Securities, and was a board member on numerous Bianchi family companies. She was also involved in many local and nationwide charities, event planning, and was heavily involved in both her son’s youth sporting events, primarily Syracuse Sports Zone Baseball traveling all over the country.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 28 years, David M. Bianchi. She is survived by her mother, Mary Tierney Moore; two sons, John “Jake” Bianchi, and David Bianchi; brother, John “Jake” Moore; aunt, Dorothy Cogswell, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be on Monday, September 28th from 5-7 pm at Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, Skaneateles. Funeral services will be private.
Donations in Kathleen’s memory may be made to Michael Cogswell’s Scholarship Fund or the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.

Mrs. Moore and Jake, I am so sad to hear of Kathleen's passing. She was such a beautiful person. I have such great memories. All my sympathies to you and your family.
To Jake and David, our most sincere condolences on the death of your beautiful Mom. She was always welcoming and very friendly whenever we were together at school sports and events. What a beautiful person! And she loved you both so very much! May she rest in peace, along side your Dad once again.
