Kathleen Moore Bianchi

Kathleen Moore Bianchi, 67, of Fairmount, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026. She was the daughter of Mary and the late John “Jake” Moore. Kathleen graduated from Skaneateles High School and Cazenovia College where she earned salutatorian honors.
She worked as director of admissions at Cazenovia College, Director of Operations at Syracuse Securities, and was a board member on numerous Bianchi family companies. She was also involved in many local and nationwide charities, event planning, and was heavily involved in both her son’s youth sporting events, primarily Syracuse Sports Zone Baseball traveling all over the country.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 28 years, David M. Bianchi. She is survived by her mother, Mary Tierney Moore; two sons, John “Jake” Bianchi, and David Bianchi; brother, John “Jake” Moore; aunt, Dorothy Cogswell, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be on Monday, September 28th from 5-7 pm at Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, Skaneateles. Funeral services will be private.
Donations in Kathleen’s memory may be made to Michael Cogswell’s Scholarship Fund or the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.

Kathy was a shining light for anyone who was in her life. She was always uplifting and inspiring to talk to. I have such fond memories of her in school as well as just running into her in Skaneateles. What a beautiful woman inside and out! Sending my condolences to her family and dear friends.
